Some insurances provide out-of-network reimbursements. Meaning, you pay out of pocket for sessions and I will provide you with a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance. I do not file out-of-network claims for folks. I encourage you to call your insurance ask them the following:

1. Do I have out-of-network benefits for mental health services?

2. What is my out-of-network deductible for mental health services? (How much do you need to pay out-of-pocket before insurance starts covering?)

3. What percentage of the allowed amount will be reimbursed for out-of-network mental health services? (e.g., 60%, 80%)

4. What is the "allowed amount" or "reasonable and customary rate" for CPT codes e.g., 90791, 90837] in my area?

5. Is there a limit to the number of out-of-network sessions covered per year?

6. How do I submit claims for out-of-network reimbursement? (Do I need a specific form?)

7. What documentation is required for reimbursement? (e.g., superbill, diagnosis code, CPT code)

8. What is the typical processing time for out-of-network claims?

By asking these questions, you'll gain a clearer picture of your out-of-network coverage and how to maximize your benefits.

I provide telehealth sessions for adults (18+) residing in New York and Virginia state. I use a HIPAA secured video platform for sessions.

I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the cost of the session. While I do offer a reschedule within the same week I can not guarantee an opening.

At this time, I do not provide therapy services to kids or couples.
